Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the HonorHope website and your purchases from HonorHope. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Store and eligibility
HonorHope is operated from California, United States and is powered by Shopify. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
2. Personalized products and order review
Our products are made to order from the photo, artwork, logo, text, color and size you submit. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, image quality, placement, color and size in the preview before ordering. Screen colors and the position or scale of printed artwork may vary slightly because of display and production differences. We may reject or cancel an order that cannot be produced, violates these terms or appears fraudulent.
3. Your artwork and content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, logo, name, phrase and other material you upload. You grant HonorHope and its production providers a limited license to store, process, resize and reproduce that content only as needed to create, fulfill and support your order. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene or privacy-violating content. You are responsible for claims caused by content you submit without the required rights or permission.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is placed. Shipping, taxes, duties and import charges may be added at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.
5. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier, customs, weather and other events outside our control can cause delays. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Personalized orders may enter production quickly. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available in the store footer. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Website use and intellectual property
The HonorHope name, site design, text and store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and may not interfere with its operation, copy store content for commercial use or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Third-party services
Shopify, payment processors, carriers and personalization tools help us provide the store. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Purchases from HonorHope are made directly with HonorHope; Shopify is not the seller of our products.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided as available. HonorHope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
