Shipping Policy

HonorHope products are personalized and made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. The estimated delivery information shown at checkout or in your order confirmation includes the best information available when you order, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

United States shipping

Standard shipping is $8 and is free on orders of $70 or more. The current standard transit estimate is 3-5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Express shipping is $15 with a current transit estimate of 1-2 business days after carrier acceptance. Production time still applies to express orders.

International shipping

Where international checkout is available, carrier rates are calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and brokerage charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking details are sent when the order ships. Review your shipping address before placing the order and contact iskiriko90@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or shipment begins.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will work with the carrier and review the available replacement or refund options under our Refund Policy.
